POLICIES

What is HIPAA?

HIPAA is the common name for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. HIPAA requires that virtually all healthcare providers and organizations adhere to new standards for security, privacy and health information management.

  • What would you do if at 4 AM you were informed your office were on fire?
  • Could you recover Patient Information?
  • Do you meet the HIPAA Compliance regulations mandating security of your patient information?
  • What have you done about disaster recovery?

PROCEDURE CODE ANALYSIS

Are your CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS codes up to date and valid?

If not you're losing money.

  • Proper coding equals prompt reimbursement!
  • Delayed or denied payments happen when incorrect codes are used.
  • Errors impact your cash flow.

If 10% of your codes are inaccurate you can be losing 10% of your cash flow! Let us provide your practice with a Free Procedure Code Analysis® (PCA). Our PCA report contains a summary and conclusion for you immediate review! Current and accurate codes equal increased cash flow!

We receive our updates for ICD10-CM and CPT usually quarterly, quiet often before most other facilities do, to ensure you that your billing is coded correctly and paid properly.

PROVIDER CREDENTIALING

As managed care continues to grow it becomes harder and harder to get credentialed on certain panels. Our staff has experience in running the gauntlet to meet the criteria in these panels. Although some panels are closed or remain difficult to get in network we are often able to reach success in most of these panels.
